Thai people love chilli, they also respect family recipes and rather than steal or copy a recipe, they enjoy it the way it was intended.

We follow Banana Blossom founders Nat and Ben Thomas back to a remote Thailand region, the birthplace of Banana Blossom's famous Triple Chilli sauce and where Nat's family remains today. We found love respect and a family community like no other. Kid's played while generations sat together and prepared a meal, a meal made with smiles, laughter, and an old family recipe. Sacrifice pays a big part in the Thai community with Nat's village on the edge of a magical Buddhist temple that played a big part in Nat's childhood.
